Variation of condition 15 attached to planning permission reference 15/0058/FUL to amend the approved plans to allow: removal of balustrades and guarding to communal roof terrace; 20 x windows sets to be replaced with door sets and side light to allow access to private amenity space; landscaping to rear of Block B to be amended to incorporate private amenity space to units B-27 - B-29 (paving and planting added) and window location amended to unit B-29. Reason: Major Development. 17/1968/HSE/OO: 5 Old Nursery Close, Shenley, WD7 9FD. Erection of single storey side and rear extension following reduction in size of existing car port. Reason: Green Belt.
17/195SVFUL/SF: Land Adjacent To Black Lion, London Road, Shenley, Hertfordshire Erection of single storey, detached, 1 bed dwelling (Revised Application). Reason: Conservation Area. 17/1950/FUL/PDO: Crown Road Garages, Crown Road, Borehamwood. The erection of 18 x 2 bed units and 10 x 1 bed units with associated parking, cycle storage, refuse storage and landscaping in 2 storey modular units for people with urgent housing need. Reason: Major Development.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
