THREE conservation areas in Lymm are set to merge.
The borough council feels it can manage the areas of Lymm Village Centre, Eagle Brow and New Road better if they become one larger one.
Conservation areas are used to preserve areas of special architectural or historic interest by forcing planners to meet the strictest guidelines before building or destroying buildings.
