AS a Conservative councillor for Hyndburn, I and my colleagues have worked hard to put Hyndburn in a sound financial position.
As a result we can now provide free bowls for everyone, free holiday swimming and football pitches for under 16s and half price football pitches for the rest of the population.
I cannot believe Labour are not only claiming credit, but saying Conservative charges are the highest in the area.
