AN angry Taunton mother is appealing for help to trace a woman driver who knocked down her five-year-old daughter.
Kirsty Devine says her daughter Chloe Ann was crossing Wellington Road with a friend of hers, Victoria Stone, around 4.15pm on Monday afternoon when she was clipped by a 4x4 vehicle.
