Gawd, I'm such a slacker.

Mind you, a week full of coursework and other writing-related projects threw me off track for a few days.

Never fear - it's now the Easter holidays.

Translation: lots of coffee, lots of writing, and endless procrastination. Well for three more weeks, anyway. And of course, I have three days of work experience.

Anyhow, I have a few posts lined up, but for now? Here are some recent realisations.

1. TK MAXX IS EVIL. Which has nothing to do with the recent credit card story.

Or should I say 'outing' of the credit card story - despite the news coverage, it happened back in 2003-04, and mainly in the US.

No - TK Maxx is evil due to it's vast clearance section. When I am unleashed in said clearance section, or any section of the store for that matter, I am, as described by a staff member, 'a woman on a mission.'* 2. PERSONAL GOALS ARE BENEFICIAL. I have to finish my book. By May 1st. If I don't, I may have to inflict some kind of personal torture upon myself, like a chocolate ban.

3. I WILL NO LONGER BE FORCED TO STINK LIKE AN ASHTRAY...just for sitting in the same room as smokers.

Also, my life might just be prolonged for a year or two. I am aware that smoking is a personal choice, but as someone who has lost close family members to cancer (young, might I add) the selfish whines of 'oh no, now I have to smoke outside!' do not amuse me one bit. Good riddance.

4. THE DOCTOR HAS RETURNED! But his new assistant, Martha, annoys me. I can't understand WHY she annoys me exactly, but she does. Bring back Billie! Or Sarah Jane!.

5. SISTERS ARE AWFULLY HANDY...especially when they win front-row McFly tickets. Thanks, Yaz!** .

6. IT'S GOOD TO RELY ON THE KINDNESS OF STRANGERS...because when my other blog went down due to the host server, I nearly cried with frustration.

When it comes to the internet, I want things done AT THAT PRECISE MOMENT. I cannot sleep until such things are rectified.

When I'm tweaking designs, I'm such a perfectionist that I just. Can't. Stop. WordPress probs? Cue the desire to hit everything.

But someone *cough* SecondRateHosting.com*cough* saved me like an angel of the Internet and got it up and running the next day. So I just had to give them a little plug.

That's it for Monday. See you all soon for another life-changing blog.

Or not.

*Well, if that sexy clearance Outrage top was there an hour ago, it must STILL be there and I WILL FIND IT because I've suddenly decided it's mine. Understand?
