THE most prestigious Guide accolade has been awarded to selected members from the Loudwater District.
The Baden-Powell Award was presented to Hayley Ashby, 16, Amelie Corps, 15, Georgina Bailey, 14, Vicki Gray, 15, and Charlotte Sutton, 15, from the Kingswood Guide Division.
The girls completed various tasks in order to obtain the accolade ranging from playing hockey for the county to teaching gymnastics.
The girl's were presented with badges by the Area Commissioner at a ceremony at Pizza Hut in High Wycombe town centre on Monday.
Guider Olive Mulley said: "They are all a credit to the 1st Loudwater Guides and will be greatly missed at the meetings, but the girls carrying on as youth leaders will be a great asset to the guiders with who they will be working."
