Leaders Trowbridge Town Youth were held 1-1 draw by Swindon Town Ladies which has opened up the race for the title again.

Swindon Spitfires hosted Derry Hill United, following their first win of the season last week, but things did not go so well with Spitfires opening the scoring through Libby Robinson in the first minute.

The score remained 1-0 until 10 minutes before half-time when Emma Skinner scored the second. It was 2-0 at half-time and the visitors came out fighting looking for a way back in, but Michelle Tomkins made 3-0 after seven minutes. Derry Hill threw caution to the wind and this enabled Spitfires to score three more later in the game with each of the scorers adding a second.

U14

The joint leaders maintained the pressure on each other at the top. Devizes Town won 9-0 at Chippenham Town Blue while Trowbridge Town beat Chippenham Town Golds 3-0.

Blunsdon Colts and Highworth Juniors fought out a 1-1 draw, Charley Miller scoring for Blunsdon, which keeps their hopes alive with their games in hand over the leaders.

Derry Hill moved up the table with ang 8-0 win over Wootton Bassett B. Emily Bogg, four, Lauren Park, two, and Amy Hawkins , two, got the goals.

Wootton Bassett A above Blunsdon with a 5-0 win against Swindon Badgers.

U12 Division A

Swindon Spitfires Reds extended their lead to nine points with a 9-0 win against Trowbridge Town Youth.

Niamh Rawlins, two, Chloe Craig, Becka Ash, two, Kelly Nightingale, Laura McGlone, two, and Nia Richards got the goals.

Melksham Town Youth Black beat Derry Hill Thunder 1-0 to go into second place. Gabriella Menghini got the goal.

Bradford Town Youth moved up to sixth with 2-0 victory over bottom side Cricklade Youth.

U12 Division B

Swindon Spitfires Whites scored six against Chippenham Town Ladies without reply.

Laura Sherrard, three, Ameeta, two, and Lucy Saunders got the goals.

Spitfires Blue also scored six at FC Chippenham Youth. They came from Tara Golding, two, Lucy Gray, two, Stephanie Quince and Astra McMahon.

Devizes Town Youth maintained the pressure on the Spitfires teams with a 3-0 victory over Wootton Bassett with goals from Sophie Trusler, two, and Charlotte Linney.

Swindon Town Reds conceded their home advantage against Trowbridge Wanderers but won 4-0 with goals from from Hannah Bracken, two, Sarah Stiles and Michaela Vitale.

U10

Leaders Trowbridge Town Youth kept up their 100 per cent record with a 3-0 victory at FC Chippenham Youth.

With Swindon Spitfires game postponed it leaves Trowbridge with a 15 point lead but Spitfires have four games in hand, and the two teams have to meet in three weeks.

Chippenham Town Ladies and Wootton Basset Town Youth drew 2-2, as did Swindon Town Blues and Melksham.
