Olympic and Paralympic athletes visited students in Tottenham to encourage them to achieve their goals.

British sprinter Jeanette Kwakye and New Zealand middle distance runner Tim Prendergast spoke to Wisdom School students in Philip Lane about how to follow their dreams.

Wednesday's visit was part of a programme delivered by Sky Sports Living For Sport and Youth Sport Trust,  in which sports stars meet students to boost their confidence and encourage them to strive for the best.

Prendercast, who started losing his sight when he was six, won a gold medal in the 2004 Paralympics 800metres.

Kwakye competed in 100m in the 2008 Olympics but failed to qualify for London 2012 due to injury.
