Students at a Wood Green theatre school will appear in a West End production next summer to celebrate their group’s tenth anniversary.
Make Believe, which runs thirty performing arts schools in and around London, is looking for young people to audition for a lead role in the show, called ‘OMG!’.
It will be staged over three days at the Novello Theatre, in Aldwych, in July 2014.
All 65 youngsters from the school’s Wood Green branch are already signed up to take part in the musical.
It will include original material and songs from musicals around the world.
Make Believe’s managing director Joel Kern said: "We are including all our 30 schools in the show which is more than 2,500 children.
"And as in all our productions, we are also looking for talented youngsters to audition for a lead role.
"It's every artist's dream to perform in the West End, we are delighted to be making it happen."
The first rounds of auditions are set for Saturday, February 22, 2014, at the Broadwalk Shopping Centre, in Edgware.
The final round will be held the following day.
