A national heart charity has received 45 bags of donated items that could generate £1,000 to help fund life-saving research.
The items were given to British Heart Foundation (BHF) shops at their Great British Bag-athon event held at The Mall Wood Green in September.
This event is the charity’s biggest stock donation appeal and aimed to raise one million bags of unwanted things throughout the month.
The bags were full of unwanted clothes, shoes, toys, books, CDs, DVDs and home ware.
