A man has been charged with the murder of a suspected gang boss who was shot dead almost two years ago.
Omer Murat, 27, has been accused of killing Ali Armagan, 32, on February 1, 2012.
Mr Armagan was shot at close range as he sat in an Audi A8 car in Langham Parade, near Turnpike Lane station.
The 27-year-old, of no fixed address, was charged with murder yesterday.
He was arrested at St Pancras Station after returning on a train from France and will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court later today.
Three men have already been sentenced after they pleaded guilty to conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm in connection with the murder of Mr Armagan.
