Organisers of a 10k run through Harringay are looking for volunteers to help marshal the event this Sunday morning.
The Harringay Hurtle, from the Gardens Community Garden to Fairland Park, takes in the hilly ladder roads winding through the town.
Participants can enter the full 10k race or a more manageable 5k route.
Organisers are appealing for more volunteers to step forward to help out at various stages of the event, including setting up at Fairland Park, giving out t-shirts or marshalling street crossings.
The race, which costs £5 for adults and £3 for children, begins at 9.30am in the Gardens Community Garden.
Any profits are donated to local good causes. Anyone who can volunteer should email harringayhurtle@gmail.com.
