Kat Thompson tweeted this picture of the moped under the car
A man is receiving treatment in hospital after his moped went under a car in Wood Green town centre this afternoon.
Paramedics were called to High Road, outside Café Nero, at 4.30pm, where they found the rider conscious and breathing before he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The driver of a black Audi involved in the collision stopped at the scene and the road was closed off, but has since reopened.
Eye-witness Kat Thompson, who took a photograph of the collision at the scene, wrote on Twitter: "Nasty road traffic accident in Wood Green. High Road is shut off and buses all messed up. Poor motorcyclist."
