A twelfth man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Polish builder.

The body of Franciszek Malinkowski was discovered in overgrown wasteland behind Ermine Road on Sunday, April 27.

The twelfth suspect, aged 37, was arrested on May 12 and bailed to return in late June.

Two previously arrested men have been released without charge.

A further nine men have all been re-bailed to a date in early July.

In total, ten men are still under suspicion of murdering Mr Malinkowski.

A special post-mortem conducted on Monday, April 28, gave the cause of death as multiple injuries.

Mr Malinkowski, originally from the Slupsk area of northern Poland, was living in Finsbury Park and working in the area as a construction worker.

An incident room is open at Hendon under Detective Chief Inspector Tim Duffield from the Homicide and Major Crime Command.
