A retired vicar will continue his fight against council tax with a new autumn court date.
Rev Paul Nicolson, who is refusing to pay his council tax, yesterday had his liability order hearing adjourned by Tottenham Magistrates Court until October 29.
He will be represented by Helen Mountfield QC, a public law and human rights expert.
