A procession of pint-sized construction workers took a tour of their new school.
Pupils and staff from the Brook House Primary School had a look around their new £2.7million school at the site of the old Cannon Rubber Works in Daneland Walk, Tottenham Hale.
Head of school Aaron Wright sees the move as an opportunity to improve.
He said: “We are very excited by the opportunity to move into our new wonderful school.
“We know every child only has one chance at a great education and getting it right, every day, in a superb new facility like the new Brook House is what the team and I know will be of benefit to every pupil and their families.”
The sponsors of Brook House Primary School, the Lion Education Trust, along with delivery partners Newlon Housing Trust, Haringey council and Logan Construction organised the launch event.
