A mental health charity is holding a community event next week to get more people talking about the things that concern them.
Mind in Haringey is holding a Time to Talk afternoon at their premises in Stroud Green, to encourage more people from the local community to use their services.
The theme of the two-hour event is ‘Combatting Loneliness’ and will offer people the chance to talk to staff and find out how they can get involved with workshops and volunteering opportunities.
It will be held on Thursday, February 4 between 2pm and 4pm. The event is free and takes place at Station House, 73c Stapleton Hall Road, London N4 3QF. Refreshments will be provided.
