Weather

It’ll be a pretty warm winter’s day in east London today, with temperature highs of 12 degrees. We won’t get the blue skies we had yesterday though, so expect thick cloud for most of the day.

Tube

Apart from planned track closures between Gospel Oak and Barking and Brentwood and Shenfield, there is a good service on all London Underground, Overground, DLR and Tram lines.

Traffic

There is queueing traffic for one mile due to earlier accident on the M25 clockwise between J24 A111 / A1005 (Potters Bar) and J25 A10 (Enfield). After a quick block for recovery, a mile from J25.

The A1203 Limehouse Link Tunnel Westbound is blocked, and there is stationary traffic due to spillage of cement before The Highway / Butcher Row, congestion on Aspen Way to the A1206 Preston's Road / Cotton Street. All being held now, sweeping up at the tunnel exit.

Hollybush Hill in Wanstead is closed between New Wanstead and Wanstead High Street for repair works to the Central Line bridge until March 31.

There is queueing traffic, which is heavier than normal on the A406 North Circular Road Southbound between the A124 (Barking Flyover) and the A13 (Beckton Roundabout).

Expect slow traffic on the A12 into town between Beehive Lane and the A406 North Circular Road (Redbridge Roundabout).

Heavy traffic on the M11 southbound between J5 A1168 (Loughton) and J4 A406 North Circular (Woodford).

Expect the usual rush hour heavy traffic on the M25 anticlockwise around J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey).
