Over-50s looking for love can head to a new Speed Dating event.
Age UK Enfield and Home Care Preferred joined forces recently to put together a safe and fun monthly ‘Meeting Point’ for romantics.
A variety of activities to attract friends are planned, and a compere will be there to help break the ice.
The occasion will be held at The Wonder Pub on Batley Road, Enfield, on Thursday 18th May and Thursday 20th July between 7pm and 9pm.
To attend will cost £5 that includes a meal and entertainment.
A second evening is planned for Gala Bingo, 3 Dearsley Road, Enfield on Thursday 22nd June and Thursday 24th August between 9:30 and 11:30am at a cost of £1.50 including breakfast.
Spaces are limited so booking in advance is recommended.
