Hundreds turned out to pay their respects during the annual remembrance parade and service in Epping.
Young and old attended the event in Epping High Street yesterday morning (Sunday, November 12), which included a march through the town centre and a minute’s silence at Epping War Memorial.
Groups represented at the event included Army and Royal Air Force personnel, community groups and youth organisations such as the Air Cadets and Scouts.
Epping Forest MP Eleanor Laing and representatives from Epping Forest Council were also in attendance to lay wreaths.
A group of pipers were also on hand to lead the parade, as has become a common sight in recent years at Remembrance events in the town.
