After the euphoria of England winning their first ever World Cup penalty shootout last night, it seems many are still recovering with the roads quieter than usual this morning.
Traffic
No major problems to report as of yet.
On the A1 southbound, it is slow from Rowley Lane to Stirling Corner in Borehamwood.
The A41 southbound from Kings Langley to the M25 roundabout is busy while the usual slow traffic is beginning to build on the M1 southbound between Bricket Wood and Watford.
It is queuing on the M1 southbound at j1 for Brent Cross.
Meanwhile, traffic is slow on the M11 southbound in the usual hotspots and the North Circular is crawling westbound between Edmonton and Arnos Grove.
Rail
Continued problems on the Thameslink line through Hertfordshire and Barnet in and out of London.
Good service on all tube lines.
Weather
A cooler day forecast from what we have been experiencing with temperatures reaching a maximum of around 23 degrees celcius but it will be sunny.
