One lucky person is set to win a London townhouse worth £5 million in a prize draw.

Omaze has announced that its biggest ever ‘million pound house’ draw will guarantee that someone can set up home in a Chelsea townhouse.

The winner will also be given £100,000 in cash and can choose to either live in the house, rent it out or sell it to become a multi-millionaire.

The three bedroom property is just a few minutes’ walk from the King’s Road and Hyde Park.

The house is Grade II listed, boasting two reception rooms, a bespoke kitchen, dining room and a walled west facing garden.

The open plan kitchen incorporates high-end Gaggenau appliances, including an oven with cooktop extractor, microwave, heated tray, fridge and freezer, and Quooker hot water system with Insinkerator.

Earlier this year, a construction worker from east London won a £3 million dream home near Finsbury Park as part of an Omaze draw.

Entries for the Chelsea home will help to support NHS Charities Together, a national independent charity.

The Omaze draw will help raise funds for projects that will help more people survive cardiac arrest in their communities.

These projects include training volunteer community first responders and members of the public in basic life-saving skills.

The charity also needs help to provide more community defibrillators across the country.

Ellie Orton OBE, chief executive at NHS Charities Together, said: “We’re thrilled to be the chosen charity for the next Omaze house draw.”

She added: “I personally know how important life-saving care in communities is, after my father experienced a cardiac arrest. Tragically, help arrived too late for him.

"By funding volunteers, training, and new equipment, together we can save lives in the future. Thank you Omaze for making this possible.”

Omaze has guaranteed the charity a minimum donation of £100,000, and aims to raise at least £1 million.

People who enter the prize draw before midnight on November 12 will also be in with a chance of winning a brand-new McLaren Artura, worth more than £180,000.

The draw closes on November 26 for online entries, and two days later (November 28) for postal entries.
