A TEENAGER accused of assisting Asher Vance - on trial for the murder of Tottenham teenager Abdulkarim Boudiaf - has had all charges against him dismissed.
Hackney teenager Charlie Davis, 18, of Browning House, Shakespeare Walk, had pleaded not guilty to charges of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
And his lawyers later successfully appealed to have the charges thrown out after Judge Stephen Kramer QC decided on December 10 that there was no case against Mr Davis.
Abdulkarim Boudiaf, of Plevna Crescent, south Tottenham, was gunned down in Broadwater Road, to the rear of the Elmhurst Pub, on March 14.
Asher Vance, 24, of Grove Road, south Tottenham, is on trial for murdering 18-year-old Abdulkarim.
Jack Jackson, 19, of St Loy's Road, Tottenham, is accused of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
Vance was arrested after by police in Jackson's student flat at Sussex University.
Crown prosecutors at the Old Bailey alleged he was hiding Vance knowing he was wanted for questioning by Haringey detectives.
The pair deny all charges.
The jury retired earlier this afternoon and a verdict is expected to be returned within the next week.
