Nineteen people were evacuated this morning after a fire took hold of a betting shop in Tottenham.
Firefighters from Tottenham, Stoke Newington and Edmonton fire stations were called at 2.30am to Seven Sisters Road to tackle the blaze in a William Hill bookmaker.
People living in flats above the shop escaped to a double decker bus, in which paramedics treated people for smoke inhalation.
Police closed Seven Sisters Road from High Road to Stonebridge Road while firefighters tackled the blaze.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
