Smokers are being urged to kick the habit as part of the Stoptober campaign – and we are asking people to share their tips on how they did it.
Haringey Council is supporting the national event, which runs throughout October and urges people to quit smoking.
A mobile stop smoking clinic and quit and get fit yoga and pilates classes are just some of the activities taking place over the next month.
Wood Green Library is offering support to residents to set a quit date and take advantage of free support in October.
The Tottenham Independent is also looking for people to share their stories on how they gave up, to help others follow suit.
