STAFF at a fast food restaurant joined forces with a residents association to give an area a face lift.
The McDonald’s staff from High Road restaurant in Tottenham worked with the Page Green Residents Association to give the open space on Rangemoor Road a clean-up.
Volunteers from McDonald’s and the local community took part in the Capital Clean-Up campaign, installing flower beds made from reclaimed railway sleepers, and a new bench area for local residents to enjoy.
Restaurant owner Hamid Darbandi said: “I’d like to thank everyone involved for their hard work. To have so many volunteers clearing up the area and giving the park a face lift is a fantastic effort – none of which would have been possible without the help of everyone involved in the day.”
