A MAN has pleaded guilty to beating a man to death and leaving his body near a railway track.
Kamil Czarnomski, 23, a Polish national of no fixed address, admitted murdering 35-year-old Pawel Chwalinski at the Old Bailey yesterday.
Pawel’s body was found in an underpass below the railway line near Park View Road, Tottenham, on November 17.
His body was covered with a sleeping bag and a bike frame and he was pronounced dead at the scene after police arrived at around 5pm.
Police said Pawel, who was also from Poland, knew Czarnomski and the attack had taken place near the underpass the previous day.
A post-mortem examination held at Haringey Mortuary on November 19 revealed the cause of death as head and neck injuries.
Czarnomski will be sentenced on a date to be confirmed at a hearing at the Old Bailey on May 5 and 6.
