After many years of deep soul searching and living through various life experiences, I finally discovered a pathway to becoming the very best version of myself. It is a pleasure to share some of these very simple tips with you in the hope that they will help you  to also establish for yourself a pathway to becoming the very best version of  ....YOURSELF!

                             My Simple Tips!

1. Eliminate Self Limiting Beliefs  “You are what you think!”  A self limiting belief is a label that you consciously or subconsciously apply to yourself that stops you from moving forwards in life. Many of these beliefs were formed and accumulated throughout your childhood. You picked them up through your interaction with others - such as when you were reprimanded for doing something wrong or not doing something the way others had expected you to. A common childhood self limiting belief is "I am not good enough" which then flows into other beliefs that affect us during adulthood, such as  "I am not capable enough" or "I am not talented" or "I am stupid". Doubting yourself and thinking that you are not going to succeed at something is probably the best way to fail before you have even started. Your self limiting beliefs usually stem from social conditioning. When people tell you or suggest indirectly that you can't do something then often enough, you start to believe it and question whether you can. Your life would be so much better if you would just get rid  yourself of these self limiting beliefs because without these beliefs you could achieve more of the things you truly wanted to achieve and live up to your full potential. Your self limiting beliefs are the true reason for a lot of your unhappiness and discomfort in life. From now on whenever you become aware of a self limiting belief, turn it around and think of the opposite positive thought i.e “I can do this” “I am capable” “I am intelligent” Remember, You are what you think!!

2. Use The Law Of Attraction And Focus "Only" On What You Wish To See Manifesting In Your Life. The Law of Attraction simply dictates that you attract into your life whatever you think about with emotion. Your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest. The Law of Attraction feeds on the energy produced by your thoughts. The frequency or energy sent out by your thoughts attract other "things" or "beings" vibrating at the same frequency as your dominant thoughts. Good or positive thoughts vibrate at a higher frequency, bad or negative thoughts vibrate at a lower frequency. Instead of concentrating on negative thoughts and manifesting results you don't want, you can use a positive phrase or thought to bring about the conditions you truly do want.

3. Make Use Of Positive Daily Affirmations  Affirmations are positive statements repeated throughout the day which help to keep the mind focused on the things you want in your  life. The repetition of affirmations put you in conscious control of your thoughts. Affirmations program the mind in the same way that "commands" and "scripts" program a computer. The repeated words help you to focus your mind on your aim and automatically build corresponding mental images in the conscious mind, which affects the sub conscious mind, in a similar way to creative visualisation. The conscious mind begins the process and then the subconscious mind takes over. By using the process consciously and intently, you can affect your subconscious mind and thereby transform your habits, behaviour and mental attitude and reshape your external life. Examples of positive affirmations, "I am capable" "I deserve happiness" "I am beautiful" "I am a money magnet" "I am loved" "I am learning" "I love life" "I am becoming a great runner" "I am getting better and better"  According to Remez Sasson, Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the sub-conscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.

4. Learn From Past Mistakes And Move On Positively And Quickly   When you are in the process of transforming your life, it is vital that you are in a position to release any energy from your past which could hinder your future development. There will be times in your life when you will make mistakes. The only way that you can avoid making the same mistakes again and again is to learn from them. All mistakes that are made have a lesson in them. It is up to you to find that lesson and apply it to your future conduct. In order to learn from your mistakes, you can do the following:-

a) Accept that a mistake has been made by you. Do not blame others. Blaming others will keep you stuck and prevent you from moving forward.

b) Take time to look into "the mistakes" that you made, if there are things that need to be improved, take some time to work on them. You may need to make some necessary changes to see positive results.

c) Do not beat yourself up over the mistakes that you made. You cannot change the mistakes you made but you can take the lesson learned and apply it accordingly so that those mistakes are never repeated.

d) It is absolutely normal to make mistakes. Without making mistakes, we would not be able to learn. Mistakes help us grow and are therefore nothing to feel bad about. We should be grateful for the "Learning Growth" experience.

e) Apologising for a mistake can make a big difference. By apologising you are showing courage and that you are a sincere person. It takes courage to stand in front of someone and admit that you did something wrong.

f) Making mistakes and learning from them can help you to learn valuable lessons and is good for self improvement. You can take the mistakes that you made and turn them into positive improvements. Learning from your mistakes keeps your mind open to new ideas.

5. Set Goals and Visualise Your Desired Outcomes  According to Kathy Browning, Goal setting and writing them down can be the first step to achieving them. When you write them down, you are forced to form a mental picture of them in your mind, and then express that thought through your words. Only about 5per cent of the population actually takes the time to write down their goals. maybe that explains why so few people are actually living the life they would like to be living. According to that statistic, if you take time to write down your goals, you will be 95 per cent ahead of everyone else in the game.

6. Balance Your Energy When you are tired and stressed it may seem as though there is little you can do to change the frantic pace at which the world is spinning and things keep going wrong. There are various ways that are tries and tested and effective in bringing peace and balance back to a busy, tired or out of control day..... week or month. Being "ungrounded" or "not well grounded" is a reference to the fact that a person's energetic field is out of balance in a way that keeps them from connecting fully with their inner source of strength and power. The following are all good ways of balancing your energy, walking in nature, energy work i.e. reiki, massage, yoga etc, and physical exercise, working with crystals and essential oils, meditation/prayer, listening to classical music, adopting a healthy diet with plenty of unprocessed foods such as fruit and vegetables, Drinking plenty of water.

7. Cultivate Good Personal Qualities   Cultivate the vibration raising qualities of Love, Compassion, Kindness, Peace, Gratitude, Faith and Courage.

“Through Love all that is bitter will sweeten.

Through Love all that is copper will be gold.

Through Love all dregs will turn to purest wine.

Through Love the dead will all become alive.

Through Love the king will turn into a slave!”
