Andros Townsend could leave Spurs this summer, with Newcastle United interested in the England international, according to the Journal.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season at White Hart Lane, making more appearances for Tottenham this term than in any season previously.
However, despite making 32 outings for Spurs in all competitions, the England international has fallen out of favour under Tim Sherwood, making just two Premier League starts since his appointment.
Townsend also made his England debut this season, winning two caps and scoring in the 4-1 defeat of Montenegro in October.
Newcastle have wide options at St James' Park already in Hatem Ben Arfa, Gabriel Obertan and Sylvain Marveaux, but all three could be moved on this summer after falling out of favour with boss Alan Pardew.
