Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly battle with Chelsea and Manchester United for Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse.
The 25-year-old Senegalese has scored eight times in just 13 Russian Premier League outings this season, attracting interest from England.
According to the Guardian the former Akhisar Belediyespor and US Ouakam striker would cost in the region of £15 million to bring to White Hart Lane.
Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen and French outfit Monaco have both seen offers for the 2015 Russian Premier League's PLayer of the Year turned down.
