Tottenham Hotspur could be without three key players for the start of the season.
According to national reports, Erik Lamela and Danny Rose are both set to miss the start of the campaign and they could also be joined on the sidelines by Heung Min Son.
Lamela has been sidelined since October due to a hip injury and he is not expected to return to training until October having undergone surgery earlier this year, according to reports.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino could also be without Danny Rose for their first match against Newcastle United, but he is expected to return during August. Rose hasn’t played since January due to a knee injury.
Another player who the North London side could be without at the start of the season is Heung Min Son.
Spurs announced last week that Son was to undergo surgery on his fractured arm which he sustained in South Korea’s 3-2 defeat to Qatar and the forward could miss the start of the Premier League season as a result, according to national reports.
