LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that The Incumbent has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borougri of Enfield for a Variation of Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate* to permit Sale Of Alcohol On The Premises For Private Functions On Friday 19.00 - 22.00, Saturday 12.00 - 23.00, Sunday 12.00 - 22.00 for the premises St George's Community Centre situated at 710 Hertford Road, Enfield, EN36NR The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting httpsy/new.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-ancHicensing/and following the linkto the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to

licensing@enfield.qov.uk

within 28 days from the date of this notice.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Enfield, Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN13XH, or by emailing

licensing@enfield.gov.uk

, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 4th September 2019. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application tar a premises licence.
