20/0497/LBC/RMA: Old St Marys House, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3HA. Replacement of existing single glazed windows with double glazed timber windows to front & rear elevations (Application for Listed Building consent). Reason: Conservation Area.

20/0467/HSE/ES: 13 Harris Lane Shenley WD7 9ED. Conversion of loft to habitable room with 2 roof lights and dormer to front and 1 roof light and dormer to rear. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

20/0507/LBC/PHA: Manor Lodge School, Ridge Hill, Shenley, WD7 9BG. Partial removal of the partition wall between the Art Room and the Art Stock Room to include removal of suspended ceiling. 20/0514/MPO/PHA: Formerly The Crown, 1 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1AA. Application to modify a planning obligation dated 4 August 2016 to vary the type of housing from shared ownership to discounted market sale, and update schedule 2 respectively, including occupational restriction pursuant to planning application reference 15/1508/FUL for the conversion and extension of upper floors of existing building to create 9 self-contained flats (4x1 bed & 5 x 2 bed) with associated car parking, refuse and cycle storage. Reason: Major Development.

20/0495/HSE/CN: 4 Grove Cottages, Hogg Lane, Elstree, WD6 3AL. Erection of detached, single storey outbuilding to rear garden for disabled care use. Reason: Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
