Notice is given this day 29/09/20 that New Breed Bottle Shop Ltd of 65 Goldings Road, Loughton, IG10 2QR has applied to the Licensing office of Epping Forest District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 287 High Road, Loughton, IG10 1AH. Applying for the following: Provision of recorded music Mon-Sat 12:00-20:00, Sun 12:00-17:00; Supply of alcohol (both on & off sales) Mon-Sat 12:00-20:00, Sun 12:00-17:00; Hours the premises will be open are Mon-Sat: 12:00-20:00 and Sunday 12:00-17:00; The proposed licence is for onsite and offsite sales of alcohol. The premises will sell high end local beers and ales, wines and spirits. As we are selling a high end product there will be the option to sit and taste so alcohol can be consumed on the premises too. Recorded music will be played at the venue very quietly as background music. The primary function is not as a bar but more for offsite sales. We do not intend to have loud music nor extend opening hours for onsite alcohol consumption. The register of licensed premises is maintained at the Licensing Office of Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex, CM16 4BZ. Applications for premises licences may be inspected at this office during office hours. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give written notice to the Licensing Office within 28 days of this notice. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which could lead to a fine on summary conviction (maximum £5000).
