RIVULET ROAD N17 - PROPOSED PARKING PLACE FOR ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING POINT AND EXTENSION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS
THE HARINGEY (ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING POINTS) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021 AND THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 9) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 17 April 2021 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and to Implement an electric vehicle charging point under section 17 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013.
The general effect of the Orders would be to:-
1. Formalise an electric vehicle charging parking place, 6 metres in length, In Rivulet Road N17 opposite No. 157 Rivulet Road;
2. Formalise the extension of the length of existing double yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 157 and 159 Rivulet Road.
The parking place would be available at any time for the specific use of electric vehicle charging only, Please note: whilst there would be no charge to park In the parking places, a charge would be levied for the use of the electrical supply by the provider.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 22 April 2021.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with In relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
