TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act as amended (the "Act") to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown hatched red on the plan attached to the draft order:
(1) The area of highway to be stopped up is the whole length of the Jansons Road car park, from its northern boundary with Philip Lane to its western boundary with its entrance on Jansons Road, including its eastern footway but excluding its southern footway comprising a maximum length of 27 metres and a maximum width of 16 metres
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Haringey Council on 9 March 2021 with planning reference HGY/2021/0030
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT
during the 28 days commencing on 21 April 2021 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within 28 days commencing on 21 April 2021 by written notice to the Assistant Director of Corporate Governance, 7th Floor, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TR (quoting reference LEG/PP/ET/66369).
In preparing any objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
