The Alltransport International Group Pension Scheme ("The Scheme") will shortly be wound up

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Alltransport International Group Pension Scheme ("The Scheme")

The Trustee of the Scheme hereby gives notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly be wound up.
The Trustee wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme. Any such persons should write to the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number and copies of any relevant documents, no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice. After expiry of the two-month period the Trustee shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Scheme.
Following the issue of the individual policies, all the assets representing the benefits of all known members will have been transferred out of the Scheme. As a result, following two months after the notice is issued, the Trustee will distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustee has not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to it.
