TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

17/1674/FUL/SR: Marston, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3EY. Demolition of existing dwelling & erection of 1 pair of 3 bed semi-detached dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping. Reason: Conservation Area.
17/1711/VOC/PDO: 2 Lands End, Elstree, WD6 3DL. Variation of condition 2 attached to planning permission reference 16/2203/FUL to amend the approved plans to extend the multifunction room/garage wing at ground floor level to accommodate a larger plant room and garage. Reason: Green Belt.
17/1636/HSE/OG: 6 Grace Avenue, Shenley, WD7 9DN. Installation of hardstanding to side and rear of property. (Retrospective Application). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
17/1799/HSE/OO: The Old Buttery, 7 Grace Avenue, Shenley, WD7 9DN. Erection of shed, gates, fences and the installation of hardstanding. (Retrospective Application). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
17/1757/FUL/KH: Crossekeys, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3QU. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of replacement 2 storey detached 5 bed dwelling to include an integral double garage and swimming pool. Reason: Green Belt.
17/1773/HSE/SR: 11 May Gardens, Elstree, WD6 3RZ. Conversion of loft to habitable room to include three side dormers with two side rooflights, five side rooflights to facing roofslope, two new front windows at second floor level, one new front window at first floor level and one new rear window at second floor level. Reason: Conservation Area. 17/1780/HSE/OG: 1 Watling Street, Elstree, WD6 3EG. Erection of single storey side extension. Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
