A kind-hearted Rowley Regis woman is clowning around to raise vital funds for Acorns Children's Hospice.

Eunice Weaver is urging people to donate generously as she prepares to undertake the huge challenge of walking 60km in one day across the South Downs.

Eunice is well known as a charity worker at Rowley Regis Hospital, as well as working in the Salvation Army shop in Blackheath.

She said: "If anyone sees me clowning around with my bucket, I would be very grateful if they would make a donation to help my funds for this very much needy charity."

Acorns Children's Hospice currently provides support to 500 life-limited children and their families across the West Midlands. (130705M)
