CALNE Veterinary Centre is a small practice offering a big service. It is a young, forward-thinking practice for companion animals and horses, and has more than 15 years' experience and expertise in the equine veterinary world.
The senior vet has 40 years' experience in dressage, show jumping and eventing to European champion competition level, and is now riding as an amateur jockey.
The practice covers a large part of Wiltshire, and many clients come from further afield for a more specialised diagnosis. Most work can be carried out on clients' premises, but horses can stay at the practice for investigation and treatment.
The practice has a laboratory and boasts most modern equipment, such as X-ray, endoscope, ultrasound, scanner, laser and magnetopulse treatments, and equissage and shockwave therapies.
The centre also provides service for stud work, including all routine tests, ovulation prediction, pregnancy diagnosis, foaling and mare and foal care.
Whether you have a pleasure horse or a competition horse, the team can help.
