SIEGE ENDS: A man is taken to an ambulance following a siege at Dickens Drive Newport this morning
MORE than a dozen officers surrounded a block of flats in Newport today.
They arrived at the scene in Dickens Drive, the Gaer, at about 9am before being joined by an ambulance crew.
At about 10.15am, a male occupant from a ground-floor flat was led out by police and the ambulance crew.
