Hornsey depot housing development to launch
Houses built on the site of Hornsey depot are set to hit the market this weekend.
Developer St James is set to launch the newly-named Smithfield Square, featuring 270 appartments, on January 10.
A Sainsbury’s supermarket is also slated to open, but a spokesman for the company was not able to confirm the date of opening.
Sean Ellis, chairman of St James, said the company was “delighted” to announce the launch of the development.
