Marchers will make a stand against gang violence.
Police, politicians, residents and activists from Haringey and Enfield will attend the Stand Against Violence Everywhere march from 12.30pm on Saturday.
Starting outside The Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium, in High Road, Tottenham, it will finish at Houndsfield Road Community Hall in Houndsfield Road, Edmonton.
The march’s primary purpose is to oppose gun knife and gang violence that has rocked Haringey and Enfield this year.
Leading the march, Met police, politicians will attend so-called “break out events” which involve them talking to people about their views on crime.
A forum held after the march will include four workshops for youngsters and their parents to attend courses on first aid, intervention and mental health for free.
