Police have issued an appeal for information after a man was left with a fractured skill and bleeds on the brain in an early morning assault.
The victim, aged 55, was found unconscious at the Trent Park Country Club in Bramley Road, Enfield at around 12.45am on Saturday, September 1.
He was rushed to hospital where he remains, six weeks later, recovering from his injuries.
Officers examined CCTV footage and established that he was assaulted at the country club.
A 44-year-old man was arrested and charged with grievous bodily harm on Saturday, September 6. He is due to appear at Wood Green Crown court later this month.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the assault or who has information which could help their investigation to call them on 101 quoting CAD 5988/1 Sept.
