An annual art exhibition at a bank's offices showcased the artistic talents of students.

Since 2013, artwork by A level and GCSE students from Ashmole Academy has been displayed at Cynergy Bank Office in Southgate.

Some of the best work from this year's students went on display at an evening exhibition of 48 pieces last month.

Ashmole Academy head teacher Derrick Brown said: “We are delighted to be able to continue this partnership with Cynergy Bank. It’s a great show of community spirit and effectively showcases the talents of our students.”

Tony Leahy, head of human resources and communications at Cynergy Bank, said: “That artwork initiative with Ashmole Academy is an important part of our commitment to supporting communities local to our offices. We are proud to continue offering local students the opportunity to display their artistic talents within our offices.
