With most schools off this week, traffic is a lot lighter out on the roads but there are still some queues to be wary of this morning.

No incidents to report on the motorway - but that doesn't mean its completely clear.

If you're heading anti-clockwise towards the M4 or M40, you'll face short delays between j21 and the M40. Slow between j21 and j19 before traffic clears up but queues begin again from j18.

Also busy anti-clockwise between j24 and j23 for the A1 on the M25 and southbound in patches on the M11 in Essex.

An incident at the Hanger Lane roundabout is causing tailbacks on the North Circular between Wembley and the roundabout. Also slow on the A406 approaching the junction Henly's Corner.

Queues as usual on the A1 southbound in Borehamwood approaching Stirling Corner.

No delays on the railways but a couple of issues on the tube and overground.

No overground service between Hackney Downs and Chingford and severe delays between Liverpool Street and Enfield Town/Cheshunt due to a signal failure at Clapton. London Underground is accepting tickets via reasonable routes.

Piccadilly Line: Minor delays between Arnos Grove and Acton Town, westbound only. Also, minor delays between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport / Uxbridge due to an investigation of a track fault at Turnpike Lane.
