Rain is going to fall all day - and at times, it could be very heavy.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for our region meaning there is a chance that heavy prolonged rainfall could lead to local flooding and disruption to transport.

The rain is expected to be lighter this morning but it will get heavier as the day goes on.

Meanwhile, on the roads, its the usual Monday morning outlook - although there is nothing major on the motorways The A406/M1 is busy at Staples Corner, Brent Cross, and it is slow on the A406 near Arnos Grove.

A10 slow both ways at the junction of Lordship Lane, near Tottenham due to an incident, traffic is slow in Woodford via Woodford Green and roadworks on the A1009.

M11 slower than usual between the M25 and A406.

In Hertfordshire, slow into Watford along Hempstead Road, busy on the A405 between Chiswell Green and Bricket Wood, and heavy into St Albans from Hemel Hempstead Road and Harpenden Road.
