Christine Elliott, 65, of Pheasants Way, Rickmansworth. On February 12, 2019, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and she failed to stop. On same date, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £329. Five penalty points.

Jordan James Mwase, 26, of Hampermill Lane, Watford. On January 19, 2019, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Disqualified from driving for 28 days. Fine, costs: £503.

Waeil Hammad, 50, of Exchange Road, Watford. On October 1, 2019, stole a phone and a bank card. On same date, committed fraud by false representation. Committed to prison suspended for 12 months. Overall length of sentence 16 weeks. Costs: £207.

Jason Paul Dowsett, 49, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On July 27, 2019, interfered with a vehicle with the intention that an offence of theft should be committed. Seven counts. On same date, stole cash belonging to a person. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Fine, compensation, costs: £210.

Jenifer Lutherborrow, 56, of Springfield Road, Watford. On August 13, 2019, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing a person harassment, alarm or distress. Two counts. Fine, costs: £262.

Luke Lees, 18, of The Harebreaks, Watford. On July 26, 2019, had in his possession 10 plastic bags of cannabis. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Fine, costs: £172.

Andrew Else, 27, of Ainsdale Road, Watford. On September 15, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fine, costs: £377.

Louis Roberts, 18, of Lincoln Drive, South Oxhey. On May 14, 2019, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Fine, costs: £70.

Akil Iqbal, 21, of Harris Road, Watford. On November 10, 2018, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with the indication given by a red light traffic signal. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £905. Six penalty points.
