ANOTHER slice of punk with a social conscience awaits in Colwyn Bay this month.

A trio of acts will join forces at another altruistic anarchist showcase as part of North Wales Punk Rock's pre-Christmas get together at the Marine Hotel on Friday, December 13 at 7pm.

Doubling as a 50th birthday celebration for Conwy drummer Steve Drawbridge, the event will raise funds for Colwyn Bay community group The Kind Bay Initiative.

Hailing from Merseyside, the "in your face" punk rock and rollers BITE BACK will bring their tight, melodic hard hitting wall of sound stylings across the border.

Representing North Wales' punk scene are the hard working rockers Krank, as well as an opportunity to hear new sounds from two thirds of Conwy punk metal masters Morvo, who will present their loud, heavy, dark noise under the guise of Middle Name Gođ.

Tickets are £5 on the door.
