A COMPANY which helps older and vulnerable people live independently has a new Warrington office thanks to its continued growth.

Alertacall provides easy contact services for housing, health and care providers, as well as to older people and higher needs groups, to allow people to live in their own communities for as long as possible.

After a period of rapid growth, the company has moved to The Boultings in Winwick Street to increase its contact centre team in Warrington.

Founded in 2004, Alertacall now works in partnership with more 40 organisations across the UK, and also has many private customers.

The technology company provides a daily check-in and communication service, recently winning a housing award for ‘New Ideas and Approaches’.

Adrian Cross, chief operating officer of Alertacall, said: "While we are sad to leave our previous premises, we are very excited to open our new office in Warrington which provides us with more space for our ever-expanding team.

"Alertacall has grown significantly in the last three years and 2020 is already set to be a landmark year for us in terms of new business developments.

"Consequently, we are currently recruiting for new team members to join our friendly and highly trained contact centre team - either in full time or part-time positions - who play a vital role in helping to improve the wellbeing of individuals on the service.
